KeepSave helps you organize and access your deals, coupons, and offers. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your information.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email metadata and content required to detect deals (if you connect an email account)
• Uploaded receipts or photos for scanning
• Basic account information (email address, account settings)
• Subscription and purchase status (via Apple and RevenueCat)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Identify and extract deals from your email
• Organize your saved offers
• Notify you before deals expire
• Process subscription purchases and manage entitlements

Third-Party Service Providers

KeepSave uses trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Supabase, for secure data storage and authentication
• RevenueCat, for subscription management
• Google Cloud Vision and Anthropic (Claude), for OCR and AI-based deal extraction from scanned images and emails
• Apple, for App Store purchases and sign-in

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

KeepSave's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used solely to detect and extract deal information and is never used for advertising.

Affiliate Links

KeepSave may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you make a purchase through one of these links, KeepSave may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Learn more about how our affiliate partners handle data in their respective privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your saved deals, connected email data, and account information from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

KeepSave is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights and Choices

You may disconnect your email account, delete individual deals, or delete your entire account at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data — contact us to make a request.

Data Security

We use industry‑standard security practices to protect your data. Your email access is read‑only and used solely for detecting deals.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of KeepSave after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
