By accessing or using KeepSave, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KeepSave is a deal and coupon management application that helps users save, organize, and track coupons and promotional offers. Features may include email scanning, photo-based receipt scanning, deal organization, and expiry notifications.
3. Account Registration
To use KeepSave, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Gmail and Google Account Integration
KeepSave offers optional integration with your Gmail account to automatically detect deals and coupons in your email. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize KeepSave to access your emails in read-only mode solely for the purpose of identifying promotional content.
You may revoke this access at any time through the app's Settings or through your Google Account settings.
KeepSave's use of Gmail data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without our written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The KeepSave name, logo, app design, and all content created by us are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as photos of coupons). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
KeepSave is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any deals or coupons identified are valid, current, or redeemable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepSave and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, Apple, and Supabase. These are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings or by contacting us at tsincox@yahoo.com.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
